2. Please take the time to fill in clearly, fully and properly each section;
3. Please leave the UPC and/or Catalog No. cells blank if you do not have this information, we will take care of it for you;
4. Please follow the link provided in the downloaded spreadsheet in order to upload your release assets;
5. Please make sure to upload your completed label copy spreadsheet along with your other release assets;
6. Please note that the information contained in the submitted spreadsheet will make up the official label copy of your release, which will be linked to and may appear publicly along with your release;
7. Please note that any label copy spreadsheet submitted containing inappropriate, incomplete or unclear information in any section will be automatically rejected and will have to be resubmitted, causing possible delays in your scheduled release date;
